Choosing Where to Apply

• Pulse points: These are areas where your body naturally generates heat, which helps to diffuse the fragrance. Popular pulse points include wrists, neck, inner elbows, and behind ears.
• Hair: Perfume can linger in your hair, creating a subtle scent trail.
• Clothing: Be cautious when applying perfume directly to clothing as it can stain.

Nose blindness, also known as olfactory fatigue, is a temporary condition where your sense of smell becomes less sensitive to a particular scent due to prolonged exposure. It's a natural process that helps your brain focus on new and potentially important smells.  

How to Prevent Nose Blindness

While you can't entirely prevent nose blindness, you can minimize its effects:

• Take breaks: Give your nose a rest between smelling different fragrances. Step outside or breathe in fresh air to reset your olfactory senses.
• Vary your scents: Avoid smelling the same fragrance for extended periods. Rotate through different perfumes to keep your nose engaged.
• Cleanse your skin: Before testing new fragrances, ensure your skin is clean and free from other scents. This helps to get a clearer impression of the perfume.
• Consider the environment: Strong odors in the environment can interfere with your ability to smell fragrances. Choose a neutral smelling environment for testing.
